Cappuchino Cheese Cake
Base :
130 g crushed marie biscuits, 30 gm brown sugar, 80 gm melted butter
Filling :
450gm cream cheese, 100gm caster sugar, 40gm cocoa powder. 11/2 tbsp instant coffee powder, 3 eggs, 160gm whipping cream
Method :
1. To make base, stir all ingredient until combined. Press mixture into base of 7" cake tin
2. To make filling, beat cream cheese, sugar, cocoa powder and coffee powder until smooth. Beat in eggs, one in a time, beating well after each addition.
3. Beat in whipping cream, mix well.
4. Pour filling into tin. Bake in preheated oven at 170C for 40-45 minutes or untul cooked. Remove from heat and leave to cool. Chill in fridge.
